Using Coaching to Transform Habits
That Undermine Success

This presentation will provide guidance on how to enable organizational leaders to break out of their RUT by Recognizing, Understanding, and Transforming their automatic, robot-like habits that disrupt others around them or create barriers to executing and leading effectively.

Recognize: You will learn to recognize that we all operate in two distinct modes: a thinking-self and an auto-self. Our thinking-self is the source of our knowledge and our intentions and we are very familiar with it. Our auto-self plays a crucial role in our successes, but it has remained elusive until now.

Understand: Once we recognize the auto-self, we will then move into describing some of its properties, which will enable us to understand the auto-self well enough to transform it to serve our success needs.

Transform: Once we understand the inner workings of the auto-self, we can create and use transformation techniques to overcome disruptive behaviors and to enable getting past barriers to effective leadership and execution.

You’ll come away understanding how transformation coaching works and the benefits it provides in improving performance and maximizing success. We will also raffle a copy of Barry’s book: The Auto-Self: The Key to Creating Star Performers and to Becoming a Star Yourself.
